高壓閥門是指：介質(zhì)的溫度、壓力和閥門材料組合，導(dǎo)致選用的壓力等級大于等于CLASS900或PN100的閥門。

High pressure valves refer to valves with a selected pressure rating greater than or equal to CLASS900 or PN100 due to the combination of temperature, pressure, and valve material of the medium.

高壓，尤其是高壓氣體介質(zhì)，意味著輸送設(shè)備包括閥門儲能高，一旦發(fā)生設(shè)備失效，產(chǎn)生的危害較大；

高壓使得閥門承壓部件對材料的缺陷變得更敏感；

High pressure makes valve pressure bearing components more sensitive to material defects;

如果高壓與一些危險(xiǎn)介質(zhì)共存會大大增加閥門可靠性的要求；

If high pressure coexists with some hazardous media, it will greatly increase the requirement for valve reliability;

因此，高壓下應(yīng)用的閥門，下列的選用原則應(yīng)予考慮。

1.閥門類型

1. Valve type

（1）應(yīng)選用密封可靠性較高的閥門。如切斷閥，可選用閘閥、截止閥、球閥等，但不宜選用蝶閥。止回閥可選用升降式和旋啟式，但不宜選用對夾式。

(1) Valves with high sealing reliability should be selected. For shut-off valves, gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, etc. can be used, but butterfly valves should not be used. Check valves can be of the lift and swing types, but they should not be of the clamp type.

（2）非金屬密封蝶閥包括中線型和雙偏心型不宜用于CLASS600或PN64以上等級。金屬密封蝶閥三偏心蝶閥不宜用于CLASS1500或PN160以上等級。具體應(yīng)用范圍還應(yīng)該咨詢閥門制造商。

(2) Non metallic sealed butterfly valves, including medium and double eccentric types, are not suitable for use in Class 600 or PN64 or higher grades. Metal sealed butterfly valves with three eccentricities should not be used for grades above CLASS1500 or PN160. The specific application scope should also be consulted with the valve manufacturer.

（3）非金屬密封球閥包括頂裝式、兩片式和三片式不宜用于CLASS600或PN64以上壓力等級。具體應(yīng)用范圍還應(yīng)咨詢閥門制造商。

(3) Non metallic sealed ball valves, including top mounted, two-piece, and three piece types, are not suitable for pressure ratings above CLASS600 or PN64. The specific application scope should also be consulted with the valve manufacturer.

（4）全襯里型閥門包括旋塞閥和隔膜閥等不宜用于CLASS600或PN64以上壓力等級。具體應(yīng)用范圍還應(yīng)咨詢閥門制造商。

(4) Fully lined valves, including plug valves and diaphragm valves, are not suitable for pressure ratings above CLASS600 or PN64. The specific application scope should also be consulted with the valve manufacturer.

2.閥門結(jié)構(gòu)

2. Valve structure

（1）除非工藝要求需要，如泄壓要求，所有閥門均不應(yīng)采用縮徑閥門。

(1) Unless required by the process, such as pressure relief requirements, all valves should not use reduced diameter valves.

（2）除非有其他特殊需要如可預(yù)見需要拆卸的地方，應(yīng)盡可能采用焊接連接。

(2) Unless there are other special needs such as foreseeable disassembly, welding connections should be used as much as possible.

（3）對于具有閥蓋結(jié)構(gòu)且DN50及以上的閥門，應(yīng)盡可能采用壓力密封閥蓋。

(3) For valves with a valve cover structure and DN50 and above, pressure sealed valve covers should be used as much as possible.

（4）閥門內(nèi)件:DN50及以上閘閥宜采用楔形彈性閥瓣;截止閥宜采用旋塞型或球形閥瓣。

(4) Valve internals: For gate valves of DN50 and above, wedge-shaped elastic valve discs should be used; Globe valves should use plug type or spherical valve discs.

3.閥門材料

3. Valve material

（1）對于承壓部件，應(yīng)適當(dāng)提高材料的質(zhì)量性能指標(biāo)，包括提高表面質(zhì)量、追加無損檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目等。

(1) For pressure bearing components, the quality performance indicators of materials should be appropriately improved, including improving surface quality and adding non-destructive testing items.

（2）栓連閥蓋螺栓應(yīng)為高強(qiáng)度螺栓，墊片應(yīng)為纏繞式墊或金屬墊。

(2) The bolted valve cover bolts should be high-strength bolts, and the gaskets should be wrapped gaskets or metal gaskets.

（3）閥瓣和閥座密封面、上密封如果有的話密封面均應(yīng)進(jìn)行硬化處理，閘閥和截止閥導(dǎo)軌也宜進(jìn)行硬化處理。

(3) The sealing surfaces of the valve disc, valve seat, and upper seal, if any, should be hardened. The guide rails of gate valves and globe valves should also be hardened.

（4）閥桿表面宜進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)挠不幚恚跃S持良好的耐磨性。

(4) The surface of the valve stem should be appropriately hardened to maintain good wear resistance.

（5）對于非金屬密封閥門，應(yīng)考慮非金屬材料對高的密封比壓的適應(yīng)性。例如，PTFE材料由于冷流問題而對介質(zhì)壓力有上限限制。

(5) For non-metallic sealed valves, the adaptability of non-metallic materials to high sealing pressure should be considered. For example, PTFE material has an upper limit on medium pressure due to cold flow issues.
